Roelien  Bokxem is a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and entrepreneur specialized in leveraging leadership to create positive work environments, maximizing business productivity and results. Roelien’s professional career has spanned various positions in international business development, corporate communications and various business units within a large Dutch-Belgium bank–insurer.

In recent times, her specific focus has been coaching individuals and teams and facilitating leadership development, which contributed to improve business results and organizational climate. Roelien uses her leadership and coaching experience from various business disciplines, her life experience, as well as academia to help organisations, teams and clients develop higher emotional intelligence and leadership impact.

Roelien, completed her coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and received her CPCC credentials after intensive training in 2008. She is also a graduate of CTI’s year-long  Leadership program. CTI is the largest in-person coach training school in the world and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA USA.
